Ordering on-line.

Ordering on line has never been easier we are happy to take your orders at your leisure. All you have to do is choose the items you require and add them to your shopping basket. If the items are in stock we will access your order and dispatch it within 2 days. Special Order parts.

With special order parts or where the goods have be made to the customers specification we must reserve the right to refuse any cancellation and refunds. Any special order parts are to be paid for in full before they will be ordered. Deductions of any handling charges will be made at our discretion.

Payment methods.

Credit card payments.

All major credit cards are accepted and are the preferred method of payment and will be accepted for orders placed over the telephone or placed over the Internet. Thorncraft will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped to you. If however you would rather not send your details over the Internet you can still place your order over the telephone, or faxing it to us. Cheque payments.

If however you would rather pay by cheque choose the items you would like to purchase once again download our order form, fill in the details and make your cheque payable to “Thorncraft Motorcycles” and post it to

When choosing this method of payment we are unable to dispatch your order to you until the cheque has been cleared. A conformation of your order will be sent to your e-mail address along with your invoice number.
