Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate. In certain circumstances postage may have to be calculated individually, such as heavy items. In these case customers will be contacted, with the option to cancel.
Please note that carriage charges may change during the year due to fluctuations in prices by the carriers engaged by ourselves.
Our Couriers require a signature for delivery, please ensure someone is available to recive and sign for the package. You may be charged for the cost of re-delivery.
BFPO nil VAT can only be accepted if the order is accompanied by the form 77-388-CEE available from your CO.
Note Reference Delivery
Although we try our best, Express Deliveries cannot be guaranteed for orders placed online or by Fax. In this instance, despatch times are taken from the time the order is processed NOT received. Whilst we are quite prepared to refund carriage charges for our carriers' failure to deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for any other losses, other than the value of the goods.

The 'Time in Days" figure quoted reference shipping, excludes Saturday and Sunday and all delivery times are subject to stock availability. Any out of stock items will be despatched on an express delivery service at no extra charge as soon as they come into stock.
